Yandex at WSDM 2020

January 21, 2020

We’re excited to kick our year off by traveling to Houston, Texas for WSDM 2020! During February 3-7, data scientists from around the world will gather at WSDM, one of the premier conferences on web-inspired research involving search and data mining. Presentations and tutorials will focus on various real-world implementations of data science, which we deliver through our intelligent products and services. Data science for practical use has been powering the Yandex ecosystem for well over a decade, but we are continuously searching for opportunities to advance our technologies and share our knowledge with the community. We look forward to sharing our research and best practices, and learning more about others’ at this year’s WSDM conference. Our team will conduct a practical tutorial on Yandex.Toloka, our crowdsourcing platform, as well as a lightning talk and poster presentation on collecting text recognition via CAPTCHA. We look forward to seeing you at the Yandex sessions!
